Hi, I’m Heejin — a product designer and design strategist who loves bringing clarity to complex systems. With over a decade of experience across smart devices, mobile, web, and TV, I blend strategy, storytelling, and craft to create experiences that feel effortless and human.

I began my career in branding and marketing at Chipotle and HelloFresh, building campaigns and digital experiences that connected creativity with business impact.

Most recently, I led design strategy for Samsung’s Gaming Hub and worked on next-gen TV OS and Art Store experiences — exploring how design systems and storytelling can make technology feel more intuitive.
